Ponte San Marco, Brescia (Italy), 14 April 2026 – Cavagna Group is taking part in the initiative promoted by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy to mark National Made in Italy Day (GNMI), celebrated on 15 April.
Now in its third year, the initiative aims to celebrate and promote the creativity, innovation and quality that define Made in Italy worldwide, with a particular focus on training, the theme central for this year.
Cavagna Group has joined the initiative by opening the doors of one of its production sites, and organising a structured programme of ‘Open Days’ for local schools, engaging the students in a valuable educational experience.
Throughout April, guided tours have been organised at the Ponte San Marco (BS) plant, where students the machinery and technologies used in manufacturing, before engaging are introduced to them in a fun and educational workshop.
This initiative forms part of a long-standing collaborative project with schools and local authorities, as explained by Marisa Cavagna, Head of HR Management and Third Generation Manager: “Our organisation believes in young people and the next generation, recognising that schools and educational institutions play an essential role in young people’s development. This is why we are committed to maintaining an open and ongoing dialogue with these organisations, devising projects such as the one presented here, which creates important opportunities for mutual exchange and growth.”
The Cavagna Group wishes to promote this initiative as a shining example of collaboration and commitment to local students and institutions, reaffirming the importance of giving young people a voice and taking the lead in supporting them as they shape their future.
