For Years now our Group has been pursuing a program focused on intellectual property protection, characterized also by law suits and other directive actions with the intent to fight those Companies which illegally violate the rights of intellectual property.

Following these actions  of Cavagna Group Division RECA, the Chinese authorities have fined The Company Ningbo Cavagna Machinery Electronic Co Ltd, for having marked their products with the “made in Italy”  and/or the made in the Europe mark.

Also the  regarding this a warning  procedure was issued to eliminate the Cavagna form the Company Name.

An administrative action has already been filed against the Chinese Company Cixi Cixi Tiansheng Valve Co to discourage the use of the RECA trademark. The result of the action was positive and the Company was forced to remove the RECA logo from their website.

These unexpected and unattended  results have reinforced our will to strongly pursue every possible action of  unfair  competition against all Cavagna Group Companies.
